Paul Cough

Paul is an environmental analyst and manager, who formerly directed the Environmental Protection Agency’s Oceans and Coastal Protection Division and its Office of International Environmental Policy.
He advises governments, nonprofits and local communities on improving coastal water quality, protecting coastal habitats, and “blue carbon” accounting.

Yena KwonThroughout her legal career in the public sector, Yena has worked on domestic and international issues touching upon governance and social and criminal justice. Currently, her work focuses on environmental justice, human rights of local communities in developing countries, nature conservation and management, and sustainable development.

William Ward

William is an environmental strategist and advocate, building on twenty years serving as a member of the Environmental Protection Agency’s Senior Executive Service. He partners with civil society, multilateral organizations, national governments, tribes and local communities to improve applications of data, law and policy to help achieve climate resilience and preserve biodiversity.
